Secure admitting orders from VC Plan Coordinator
Swipe your card & select a room based on your plan
Present your swipe card & admitting orders at the Admitting Section

Letter of Elegibility (LOE)



Medical treatment will be provided accordingly based on the member's coverage

Billing Section

Admitting Section
Notify VC Office within 24 hours

Upon discharge

  1. File Philhealth
  2. Sign Hospital Charge Slips
  3. Settle non-covered hospital expenses (if any)
ValuCare will issue a Letter of Authorization (LOA) after proper verification.
For elective confinement (e.g. scheduled surgeries), we advise that you check with the VC Monitoring unit first for coverage prior to admission to avoid inconvenience.
